The hotel had some issues with the rooms being over sprayed with deodorizer and the carpets damp for 2 days, not providing enough towels, and having rooms already occupied. On the positive side, the hotel offered non-smoking double bed accommodations. The service was a mixed experience with very nice and helpful staff but also some incidents of rudeness. The location was good for specific needs, and the dining options were limited to just beverages with stale pastries in the morning. The facilities had shortcomings with the need to ask for extra amenities and cleanliness concerns.
